In October 2020, Houtan was specifically recruited to join Luzmon Medical as Head of Business Development, driven by the mission to challenge conventional medicine and deliver transformative healthcare solutions. He oversees strategy, development, finance, commercial operations, and overall management, ensuring the company’s structure thrives as they innovate in the healthcare sector.

Prior to joining Luzmon, Houtan held several senior leadership roles. He has held pivotal positions at Sandvik Coromant, Lanopro Pte Ltd, OceanSaver AS, and Think Global AS. He also served as Engagement Manager and Manufacturing Expert at McKinsey & Company early on during his career. In addition to his role at Luzmon, Houtan serves on the board of Matrix Muscle Support and CMedical.
